We are located on Fort street, West of the exit from Interstate 680. We are located in the strip mall just East of the Scooter’s  at 120th and Fort streets on the South side of the road.

Mondays and Fridays: 8am-4pm

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 9am-6pm

Selected Saturdays: 9am-1pm

You may make appointments to visit a doctor during the following doctor’s hours. Dr. Armitage is here Monday through Friday and selected Saturdays.

Doctor Hours

Mondays: 8:30-12:30

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 9-5:15

Fridays: 8:30-3

Saturdays: 9-1 (By appointment)
