Planning Your Visit

Have an appointment? We're excited to see you! Here are some things that can help make your first visit run smoothly:

• Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to make sure your visit starts on time.

• Print and complete the new patient paperwork to save time when you get here.

• Bring all eyewear you currently use (regular glasses, sunglasses, computer glasses, etc).

• Bring your brand and prescription (or the boxes) for any contact lenses you currently wear.

• Bring a current medications list and the name of your current primary care doctor. Especially bring the name or bottles of any eye drops you use.
